How much does this building cost us, and how much should it? Why can we not move things into our current buildings, or can we re-negotiate our terms there for a better deal?


It's said by some sources [Citation needed] that we don't have a good rental deal here. It was supposed to be donated by the owner, a now deceased alumnus, who's successors did not feel the same way. Do we even need the building? While we're renegotiating or moving things over, do we really need every single person there? Are there any duplicate positions to be consolidated?
